Do you ship orders?

No. We do not ship. All orders are fulfilled via same-day pickup or same-day delivery — we drive directly to you.

How does delivery work?

Once your order is confirmed, we personally deliver the parts straight to your location the same day. No waiting on carriers or tracking numbers.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Same-day pickup is available. Contact us to coordinate a time and location.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Absolutely. We welcome bulk orders. Email us at srtcustomsllc@gmail.com for pricing and availability on large quantities.

What kind of parts do you carry?

All of our parts are new, unpainted aftermarket with OEM fitment. We do not sell used or refurbished parts.

What type of hoods do you sell?

We exclusively sell aluminum hoods. We do not carry fiberglass hoods — aluminum is stronger, lighter, and a higher quality product.

Do the parts come painted?

No. All parts come unpainted and ready for your choice of finish or body shop installation.
